The Foundation aims to improve communities across Lincolnshire by promoting physical, social, and mental wellbeing. They deliver various programmes focused on education, employability, health, and community cohesion. Additionally, Lincoln City FC partners with other charities, and for the 2025 season, LIVES and Lincs & Notts Air Ambulance are also charity partners, alongside the Lincoln City Foundation
