A Charity providing individuals with convictions with the extensive support they need for their progression into work to reduce re-offending rates and transform lives.

The programme also welcomes volunteering from funders, Livery Companies, corporate partners, employers and the local community.

Our engagement managers are regularly in the prisons where the programme is operational (HMP’s Brixton, ISIS, Thameside, Wandsworth and Wormwood Scrubs) and will visit anyone who has self referred, been referred by a partner organisation or by an officer.

We recruit people in prison who are ideally 3-6 months away from release and fit our criteria onto the programme.

The programme is promoted on the wings and in training and day centres. Interested participants are advised to ask for an information pack and visit from one of our team.
