Switchback’s purpose is to enable young men to find a way out of the justice system and build a stable, rewarding life they can be proud of.
Since 2008 Switchback has supported over 2,500 young Londoners to live life differently:
380+ young men have become Switchback Trainees, with intensive 1-to-1 support through the gate and real work training after release
2,200+ young men supported in prison with up to three months of 1-to-1 sessions to prepare practically and emotionally for release
