The Youth Environmental Service supports young people from diverse and disadvantaged backgrounds into a year of paid environmental work.

We work with environmental employers within a region (currently Bristol and the West of England) to help create and fill genuinely accesible entry-level opportunities, and to embed a more inclusive culture. And we support the young people (primarily those from global majority backgrounds, those from low-income households, and those living with a disability) who take part with a year of personalised and collective learning and development.
